CLT Development Center Brainstorming Session – The Customer Experience

We want to extend an opportunity to hear from the Charlotte Development Community. On Friday, October 4 from 1:00 to 2:30 at CMGC, Ed Gagnon from Customer Service Solutions will facilitate a session about what the Customer Experience should be as we open the CLT Development Center. Please feel free to forward this email to your organization.  All participants need to do is RSVP to Nan Peterson at

By the end of the year, the CLT Development Center will open! This center will be the home to the land development teams from CLT Water, Engineering, Urban Forestry, Construction Inspection, Erosion Control, Subdivision, Zoning, Plan Review Coordination, Fire, CDOT and a touchdown station for NCDOT.

The CLT Development Center will be a proactive, responsive and customer-friendly land development services culture aligned to serve the needs of its various customer groups, working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.

We would like to invite you and/or your colleagues to a “brainstorming” session to define what the customer expectations are for the Center. We need and want your input to help staff provide the services the development community needs.


Interim Executive Director Named

Rob NanfeltOn behalf of the REBIC Board of Directors, it is with great excitement that REBIC welcomes back Rob Nanfelt as Interim Executive Director. Rob has many years of political advocacy, industry experience and spent several years with REBIC as a Government Affairs Manager. In addition, he previously served as the Executive Director of the Colorado Association of Home Builders. Please join us in welcoming Rob back to the REBIC team!
